pressing instructions: 

as always, pre-press your garment 5-10 seconds 

apply patch, cover with Teflon sheet and press at 350° for 30 seconds. 

that your garment cool and repress for another 10 to 15 seconds.

Make sure to press down hard after pressing with the palm of your hands

let cool and do not wash for 24 to 48 hours
